When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved! Your help is needed!
Visit LewisvilleISD.VOLY.org to complete your yearly volunteer application, LISD background check, select the schools where you’d like to volunteer and update your skills. This is required every year if you would like to volunteer on campus.

Opportunities to Volunteer or Donate Items:
Cafeteria Helpers: help with Kinder and 1st grade lunch. Assist students in opening milk, yogurt, etc. Wipe down the tables between Kinder and 1st grade lunches. The kids are so much fun and love when their parents come to lunch! VOLY approval required. LewisvilleISD.VOLY.org
Mustang Marketplace Shopping Day: Mustang Marketplace Shopping Day is the last Monday of school each month!
Popcorn:
At the end of each quarter, we provide a popcorn snack to all students. We need help popping, bagging, and delivering the popcorn.
Our PTA cannot do what we do without your help.

Life Touch School Pictures |
Help the flow on school picture day. |

4 volunteers needed to help with a grade level membership contest. |

Book Fair |
Help set up, take down, and checkout students during book fair |

Bingo Night |
Help at a station during Bingo Night (set-up, check-in, handing out popcorn and pizza, supervising the prize table, clean-up) |

Walk/Bike to School Day |
4 volunteers needed to mark participants, hand out prizes, collect posters, and dress up as the Homestead mascot. |

End of 9 weeks Popcorn |
Help pop popcorn and deliver to classrooms. |

Field Day |
2 adults needed per class to help move students through the stations. |

Red Ribbon Week |
Help decorate the school for Red Ribbon Week. |

Staff Holiday Cookie Exchange |
Bake cookies for the staff holiday cookie exchange. Help set up for the event. |

Family Fun Night and Auction |
Gather auction and raffle donations. Decorate the school – hang paper on the hallway walls, blow up balloons, make centerpieces, etc. Theme: Safari! Set up for the event. Work a station at the event. |

Give tours of the school to new kinder families. |

Teacher Appreciation Week |
Receive Sign Up Genius to provide treats for the teachers and staff. |
